How We Got Here
Streamlining Pre-Construction
PermitFlow was founded in 2021 by a team who experienced the delays, complexity, and inefficiencies of construction permitting firsthand. Working closely with contractors, developers, and local AHJs, our team saw how fragmented systems and manual workflows added overhead and slowed down projects before they even began. These inefficiencies made pre-construction more expensive and unpredictable, becoming a major bottleneck to housing, infrastructure, commercial development, and home services. PermitFlow was built to streamline the entire pre-construction process, starting with fast, effortless, and predictable permitting.
AI Agents for the built world
PermitFlow is the first AI platform built to bring automation at scale to the construction industry. Our AI agents handle the entire permitting lifecycle, from AHJ research to application preparation, submission, and real-time tracking, replacing slow, manual workflows with intelligent automation. We’re removing the friction that slows down the built world to make construction faster and more affordable for everyone.
